GraceCares CDC is an organization dedicated to improving our neighborhoods, enhancing neighbor experiences, and promoting healthy community networks. Our goals are met through partnerships with local and state municipalities that successfully link valued public and private resources in order to promote healthy community collaborations and supportive family unions that enhance the lives of our most valuable and vulnerable commodities - our children.
