Tackling community issues and neighborhood difficulties are a team effort. Whether dealing with social, familial, or governmental blight we need each other to foster change in our community. We believe that we can succeed in these efforts but only as a unified community with a heart towards serving one another. GraceCares Community Development Corporation has gauged the pulse of the community, networking with community and civic leaders to learn how to bring community residents and business owners together for the greater good of the neighborhood, it's neighbors, and the networks within the community. Today, we are proud to be fully involved with a brigade of volunteers and service professionals working together on behalf of every resident of our community.

Initiative One: Revitalization
No neighborhood can grow without a proper emphasis on the implementation of innovative initiatives that move people, ideas, and values forward.
Community Revitalization describes the initiation and execution of new ideas and philosophical approaches that govern how communities thrive. To this end, we are poised to implement construction, business improvement, and workforce development strategies to support current and new infrastructure initiatives that will aid in revitalizing urban and suburban communities from the inside out.

Initiative Two: Education
Neighborhoods become static and stagnant due to a lack of exposure to new perspectives and a lack of educational opportunity.
GraceCares has established mechanisms to infuse educational opportunity into the community by providing community familiarization and training networks with local and regional academic institutions. We believe these educational forums will help each citizen learn to value and cherish the community in which they live; keeping them informed and involved in its thriving and sustainability.
Initiative Three: Health
There is no escaping the growth of a viable, functioning community. However, the success of the community is strongly based on its ability to assess and diagnose internal weaknesses and maladies that can, if left untreated, cause economic, physical, social, and psychological decay. GraceCares works tirelessly to provide services that specifically address the health of the community and have experienced success through relational intervention in helping to heal decaying families and neighborhoods.
